Best place for Haircuts and hair related things on da island.

So I came here before they opened, I had scheduled online and although they had delays in opening, they honored my appointment New years eve which is just A+ customer service (not to mention it was complimentary). I had never been to a dry bar despite living right next to one in LA for 3 years. I was first amazed at how beautiful it was in there! A gentleman was my stylist (I'm sorry I forgot his name but he was wonderful!). I was seated to look at the styles but being indecisive we went to wash. Comfy chairs, I got the bay breeze shot add-on and the massage was to die for. The stylist was sooo cool too, we chatted about living in LA and Hawaii. We sat back down and he started by just blowing it out dry. SO FAST. Is it magic blow dryers?! It was GORGEOUS, smooth with a bit of volume, I almost stopped there but I decided to go further and get some curl. He curled my hair like it's not been curled before, soft, and smooth, and I have very damaged hair! It was bouncy and beautiful and SMELLED SO GOOD. MY HAIR SMELLED GOOD FOR 3 DAYS. IT WAS SO SOFT. I have bleached blonde hair that I do not take care of. This is why I'm going to get a barfly membership. They're officially open for online booking, and I tell ya - I'm gonna buy all the sprays just so my hair smells like this all the time. I have a fantastic hair colorer/cutter (Sabre Salon!) but I'll come here just as a pop in spa treatment. Everyone was so nice - If their customer service is always like this, (and my hair always smells like this) then it's well worth it! Even though I have to get out of work early if I want a conditioning treatment (6:15 is the last appt for a blow out).

I will NEVER go to this place again. She didn't cut my hair at all like i wanted (V shape with long layers). It was choppy and uneven, i have curly hair and she cut it dry with a razor, PAINFUL. A 5 year old could have done a better job, honestly. When i complained she didn't fix it at all. When i asked to have my hair shampooed and styled she said it would be an EXTRA 40$ on top of what i was paying already. But the shampoo was INCLUDED in the price i paid which was clearly stated in the front of the salon. One of the worst hair cuts I've gotten. DON'T GO HERE

I had a good first experience at this place. Attendants were friendly and helpful. I got the hair cut and style that I wanted too. Will definitely be a repeat customer. :)

I was very clear with what I wanted (A-line bob with an undercut), provided several pictures of myself with that haircut, from the front, side, back and showing the undercut. I asked for the front length to be untouched and the back to allow for just the bottom of the undercut to show. Somehow that meant please shave the entire back of my head to 1/4", so it stuck up at the top. Plus, there were three distinct lines of layers at the top of the back. I pointed this out and was told it must just be the coloring my my hair :-/ Hands down the WORST haircut I've ever had in my life. I've never cried over a haircut, (not even the drastic hack for bootcamp), but this I cried over. I've been wearing bandanas for the last month to cover it as much as possible and will never ever be back to this location. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Two customers, two employees and NOBODY waiting. No, I don't have an appointment (it's supercuts!!) yet I'm asked to call first or make an appointment for 3 1/2 hour later...

This was my first time here. The salon was very clean and the stylist were very professional and friendly. Not to mention the affordable and decent prices. Sydni provided my services. She worked her magic on my hair. I absolutely love my hair. Im definitely going back.

Decent hair cut for the price you pay. The employees are friendly and every time I've gone here for a haircut, I was seen within 10 minutes (even though they usually tell me I'll have to wait for 30 mins). I'll keep coming back here for haircuts in the future.

I went in here on a whim after I melted my hair off with color remover. They have so many options for really great prices. The gal that owns the store was wildly helpful. She helped me with the fittings, cut my lace for me, and gave me care instructions. There was no appointment necessary. She also gifted me a wig stand and brush. I feel really confident in my style right now. I will definitely be returning.

Brought my child here b/c of the great reviews. So disappointed. The lady didn't tell me until she was almost done that she doesn't do African American hair. Why don't they put that on their sign or why don't they tell people that when they call? She was rude. Among other things, when my child said, "please be gentle" as she took a comb and yanked through his hair. She said, "well next time you need to pick it out before coming in here". When I called they said child hair cut was $15, but the lady charged me $35! Really?! My child didn't have long hair. Barely had hair. Crazy! I gave her $40 cash and she was rude and acted like I don't need no change. I generally tip pretty well, but didn't feel like she needed a tip after all that. I ended up letting her keep the change. My child and I had enough. We will not be back. If you have African American blood in you, don't go there. They will make rude comments, jerk your head around, and overcharge you.
