From the first day the staff stole straight from my mother's suitcase! If your loved one has dementia, Alzheimer's disease this is not the place for them. They have no training on how to handle situations. My mother was left in her wheel chair by herself for over 20 min had I not come in at that exact moment she would have fallen out and most likely would have broken a bone! Nurse on the 2nd floor likes to yell at families who are there looking after there loved ones . Management is useless!!!

A load lifted for mom! My mom has been a resident, with severe dementia, for a year. I am so grateful she was placed there. I have often seen the staff show her genuine affection, and now, after living with her day to day, they can understand her moods and needs much better than I. She no longer speaks words, but they understand her anyway. She has put on weight and is eating much better too. Thank you so much!

My mother of 98 years recently moved here after being in 3 other Nurisng homes. The welcome was beyond our expectations and the staff and caregivers are so much friendlier. They offer a daily group exercise session in addition to physiotherapy. LTC meals have much to be desired but overall the food is better offering more fruits and vegetables. It has only been a couple of months but whenever we had an issue they dealt with it promptly and effectively. The administration seems very busy and they don't always get back to you in a timely manner. The careworkers on the other hand are very responsive, compassionate and kind.

My Mom has had a great experience so far. I appreciate the staff and the care they provide for my mom on a daily basis. It’s clean, beautiful grounds and a comforting atmosphere.
