Nice to find a cozy and well organized furniture store in busy downtown area that has a variety of selections from kitchen, living room, study to bedroom furniture and decorations. The store staff and assistance manager, Nathan, are professional and friendly. With the high volume of traffic, the team was sprinkled in the showroom under the lead of assistant manager and all customers on the floor were served without extra waiting time. I particularly liked the fact that the customer was respected for their time and space to think and decide without feeling being rushed in any way, and when you need the help and opinion of the staff, they were found right there close by you. :) Lastly, the assistant manager was very attentive to customer feedback and needs on future products selection. Lovely shopping experience.

This is the worst store I've ever visited. Their client service is terrible. We ordered a bedroom set and they told us it would arrive on Saturday. Keep in mind I disassembled my bed in order to make room for the new one on Friday. On Saturday the called me and said they had to deliver on Sunday because the truck broke down. I receive a message that says the will deliver from 7 PM to 10 PM (who the hell delivers furniture a Sunday at 10?). Then they called me to say it would be delivered between 9 and 1. The furniture arrived at 3. T he first thing the delivery person took out of the box was damaged so he took it back and didn't assemble any of the other items I purchased. Nobody called me to tell me the new delivery date of the new piece. When I finally got to talk to them they said they would deliver on Thursday (keep in mind I don't have a bed to sleep on). To make things worse they never offered an apology!

I haven’t received the furniture yet. But I will give six stars to Adam who is so nice and helpful. He answered all the questions and gave us great suggestions. A great shopping experience!

The Brick's manager Adam is very personable, and puts his clients needs first. He sadly, however, is the only good thing about this location. The rest of the staff are disorganized and fail to follow through with purchases. They seem to all act as if its their first week working there. Unexperienced, incompetent and give zero priority to good customer service. And an update on my ongoing experience its been 20 days of me sleeping on my mattress on the ground because they cant differentiate between sizes and keep messing up my order :)
