Just want to say that the furniture here is great and obviously high end. I really do suggest they don’t use false advertising though. I decided to purchase two chairs listed at $300 each. Imagine my surprise when the invoice had $150 added for each chair because apparently the legs were not included in the cost. What?! The tag didn’t even have any fine print on it. Literally the chair was advertised at $300. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great products! We have two EQ3 couches, a dining table and a coffee table. Love them all. The staff is super helpful and very kind. Highly recommended store for furniture and housewares.

IF YOU LIVE IN A CONDO DON'T USE THEIR DELIVERY!!! The staff in the store are very helpful but dealing with the warehouse is a nightmare. They are not flexible at all with the deliveries. Condo residents can not reserve the elevatorS for more than 2 hours and no reservation at all during rush hour. The warehouse gives a timeframe of 5 hours and the day before another time frame of 2 hours. By the time they give me the time frame the elevator gets booked for the whole day. I ended up paying more to have it delivered by a 3rd party company. The warehouse closes at 6pm and nothing can be picked up after that time. They told me that the amount I paid for the delivery will be refunded. It has been weeks and I haven't received anything. When I called them, they told me that the customer service agent responsible for my case went on vacation so they did not process the refund. For the quality of their sofas, I think they are overpriced. Edit: It’s been over 6 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. They keep telling me that it will be paid the following business day but never happens.

Pretty in the showroom. Damaged when delivered, twice. Jason and Kamila have been great in helping me select furniture. Had some damage during delivery and the HQ team and warehouse team replaced it with ease...except the delivery guys damaged the replacement item too. EQ3 didn’t seem to care that they damaged the replacement so now I have a busted $1200 dresser. Ugh

Fair quality and pricing. Lovely stuff regardless of how busy they may be. What’s even more lovely is that they’re Canadian and many of their items are Canadian made.
