I had a stellar experience with Bo Concepts when purchasing the Cenova chaise lounge. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable, pro-active and personable. The delivery men, Geoff and Brendan, were on time, creative in getting this massive sofa through many doors, and lovely to deal with. The finished product looks amazing in my loft condo. This is my new favourite "go-to" store for all things modern and Nordic!

I love this store! Its custom modern designer furniture, designed in Denmark. And the service is great: they do interior design service and white glove delivery service.

The staff were great to deal with and we really appreciated their design expertise when creating the entertainment unit in our basement. Quality of the product is great, very sleek and modern. Geoff was fantastic to work with for installation. He was thorough and very detailed orientated. Would highly recommend using him as he's an expert on the Bo Concept products.

Had a great experience with these guys. I was buying a couch and they came to my place and figured out which colour works best. They even lent me a loaner couch while I was waiting for the delivery.
