Don't hire a car with this company. You will pay a security deposit receive the full amount back and a few days later have money taken out or your account without an email or any knowledge!! Trying to find an email on the website and nothing to be found. Not only that service was appalling and utmost rude. Not impressed.

I had a very bad experience with them! I wouldn't trust my credit card with them as they used it for other purchases! Customers BE AWARE!!!

DON"T RENT FROM THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!!! They take your visa, quote you one price and charge you on your visa a different price. What recourse do you have? They have you and it's impossible to get a hold of someone to dispute your bill. I was told it included unlimited mileage and when they show up it's doesn't. As I had only a short window to do my business in Toronto, what choice do you have? They show up with a bigger car and say they will give you the rate for the car I was quoted, even write the amount on their quote page, then charge you the higher rate when you get the bill. You've been warned!

Pathetic customer service. Paul and his team Members gave a bad rep to all the Canadians they are representing.if I had not promised to take my kids to the zoo I would have not seen quality car services baboons face ever!! I wish I had seen the reviews before asking my hotel folks to book my car. Once again worst service ever!!
