Worst car rental experience ever. Rude, unprofessional, unaccomodating and uneducated staff. What type of place has a "rule" that doesn't accept Visa/Debit card? My friend came from Australia and was going to pay with his credit card. But because his credit card had the words "Debit/Visa" printed on he wasn't allowed to pay?!!!! What kind of nonsense is this? In Australia ALL CREDIT CARDS are printed with the words Debit/Credit on them even though they are NOT and do not act as a Visa/Debit card. Avis needs to educate their staff and get in touch with what's going on in the world. You CAN use Debit/ Visa cards. Everywhere else in the world except Canada uses these cards as credit cards. I will never rent another car from Avis. This was my first and is my last. As well I will not recommend this car rental place to anybody.

Always professional service, always friendly. Great selection of vehicles. Convenient location. Only place I use for my rental needs.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Had an emergency and needed a rental. They told me they had one ready to go just to call me 45 mins later and say they made a mistake while I was on the way to the dealer.

All the staffs at this location are very friendly and professional. Whenever I attend this location is get a great big smile and most importantly... they know my name and the kind of cars I prefer to drive. My experiences over the years have been positive and most if not all of my requests are always met. I always leave their counter a happy customer. Exceptional Customer Service always.
