I've rented at this location about 25 times over the years. I have not experienced issues for any of the rentals like other reviewers, the staff have been fine - no better or worse than any other rental company, and the cars have been in good condition. The only negative is that this location is small, so they run out on summer weekends if you don't book well ahead, have limited hours, and don't have a wide vehicle selection or Gold services. However they have 24h return and you can take the vehicle anytime as long as you collect the keys during business hours, so works fine if you are organized. UPDATE June 2019 - I’ve continued to rent at this location and it has improved from 4 star to 5. They have more staff at busy periods, and seem to have more cars on summer weekends so sell outs are more rare.

Rude and hostile personnel at the checkin Treating customers with zero patience. Never felt so offended. And I am a hertz gold member..

In P3 parkade of Brookfield place. Process was very easy for both the rental and return of the car. Will rent from here again.

Don’t trust them with reservations. We reserved two weeks out and got burned. Ruined the weekend. 2 others groups had the same experience. Do yourself a favor and take a pass.

I had a great customer service experience. I arrived finding out the car I had booked had a large dent. The branch manager Nandik Patel (Neil) was on it. He called another location and had a new car delivered asap. As a customer service consultant, I was very impressed. Well done!!
