Going through financial troubles and bankruptcy is emotionally draining. Victor and Mary are professional, understanding and very helpful. They make you feel comfortable. So important to know you are in good hands. Very helpful and responsive, even long after the file is closed. Such a heavy weight lifted to be able to start fresh! I can't thank them enough!!! If you need help , do not look anywhere else.

In my capacity as an Inspector, representing a group of Investors, it was a pleasure working with Victor to resolve many challenging issues between the investors and a sole proprietor who declared bankruptcy. Throughout the process, Victor mediated, collaborated, collected, communicated and reported information to investors objectively. Though the investors were dissatisfied with the outcome, Victor fulfilled his role with everyone's best interest in mind. He was always mindful of the sensitivity of this file and heightened investor emotions from losing their investment in a very short time. His leadership, temperament, emotional intelligence, experience and communication skills uniquely qualifies him to handle complicated files. I strongly recommend Victor and Fong & Partners.

Amazing experience. I feel like a new person after paying my proposal loan in full: Great experience with Victor: I was shaking when I entered his office because I felt like I had a situation I couldnt get out of. This was mainly loans accumulated during school etc... Victor assured me my situation wasnt as bad as I thought, there was worse he had seen with his experience and I was making the mature and appropriate decision to get it under control. He made me feel proud and in control in my first and only formal appointment. The process was simple and Victor even worked with me and listened to my wish to resolve my debt to the lowest amount he could bargain for. Victor was successful and he gave me 5 years to pay off the loan. With Victor's financial advice I paid my loan in I believe 1.5 years. I would have paid it sooner but like Victor says it does take a mindset and he coached me through the process. Although it took time I developed the mindset. Mary is Victor's executive assistant and she welcomes you with a warm voice over the phone each time you call. She has all info you need of your profile at the tip of her finger. If you need to know your remaining balance she can help with that and much more. I felt like family to these two people. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgable and thankfully when dealing with stressful finances they are patient. I could contact Victor at any appropriate time of the weekday or weekend. I'm glad I found Fong and partners and recommend their services any day. Thanks for changing my life

Victor & Mary at Fong & Partners were both professionals and are an absolute joy to work with. If I had any questions, however minor it may be, they are just an email or phone call away and it/they was/were always answered immediately. I would highly recommend their services. Victor was amazing to work with! Very smart and easy to communicate with. Mary at the front desk became basically an extended family member, so easy to deal with, talk with, made me feel so comfortable and that everything was going to be ok. I am so happy and grateful I worked with Fong & Partners, I would 100% Recommend them to anyone who is thinking about it. My life was changed.
