I had a phenomenal experience. All the staff were positive, smiling, and efficient. A nice environment too. Dr. Margaret Corey was magnificent - dedicated, friendly, and very professional. She was genuinely concerned and took care of all my queries. I was so relieved. A decent glasses collection as well, where Christina was of tremendous help.

They don't care about their patients in need. A patient and customer for 4 years, I was told they could not fit me in on a Saturday when I was having lots of floaters and flashes of light (can be a sign of retinal tearing!). Was told to wait till Monday. Another optometrist who never saw me before fit me into her busy day instead (Dr. Varshney thank-you!) Even though they do a credible job of eye exams and eye health screening, I won't be coming back.

My family (mother, sister, daughter) have been going to Dr. Monteiro for many years. I find her eye exams very thorough, accurate and informative. On one or two occasions I needed to see one of her associates and found them equally friendly and dedicated to their profession. I always purchase my frames/glasses from them, and if there has ever been an issue, the associates are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. There is no pressure to buy, but they do have a wonderful array of fashionable frames. I highly recommend Dr. Monteiro and Associates. They are busy and you do need to book your appointments well in advance but if there has been a cancellation they always call and offer me an earlier appointment.

I bought two glasses. When I received them I noticed the focus was off. I called them and they gave me a follow up appointment three months out! This is unacceptable. Initially, I walked in and purchased the glasses and had an eye exam, all without an appointment yet the earliest follow up appointment was three months out?? I wrote a letter to the owner and was given an earlier appointment, in a week. The glasses were fixed (at least one pair) however no one called to follow up or to ask if new glasses were better. My second glasses were not fixed. My opinion is the service is terrible; once they have your money they're not interested in helping you. I will never go back and recommend to avoid this place.

Quick efficient service, excellent treatment from testing to frames and lens options ( no pressure to get something you don't need).
