Been there on a few occasions now. Gotten my Class 7 L1 and L2, Class 5 and now my Class 5A. Each time I was treated with respect. Service was usually quick (in comparison to normal Gov't speed!) The guy who did all my Class 7, 5(a) stuff was always polite. Small talk was made about my experiences taking the mandatory safety course for (motor)bikes. All around a pleasant experience. No parking though. I recommend either walking or taking a bicycle. Do not go there at noon hour expecting expedient service. You and the rest of Fredericton happen to all be heading there.

Great staff just not enough. Wait time after lunch is over 40 minutes and still climbing. Will need to move car with one hour limit on parking spot.

Even after bringing in proof of ID and address for medicare cards, receiving a receipt for it 14th April, we received a letter two-three weeks later saying that they need proof of ID! Went through the whole process again today a month later, after another two hour wait to see someone.

Never had a pleasant experience here.

SNB is almost always fast, which is awesome. Parking is another matter, it does not have its own parking lot and you have to either park at the meters on queen (which you will never find when you need) or you park at the court house and walk over. Either one will cost you money.
