I went into this branch to get some information about my debit card which had been blocked. I waited in line for 5-10 minutes (not the issue), the teller started by apologizing to the couple behind me for making them wait. I then explain that my card has been locked and that I cannot get into my account. The lady tells me I need to go swipe my own card at the front and if that doesn’t work to come back. This obviously does not work and I have a feeling she knew this because when I come back her and the couple behind me are now having a laugh about vacations and she tells me to wait in line for the next available teller. Although this is frustration I hold my tongue hoping to just get my issue solved. When I return to the front there is no apology or concern for what has just happened, instead she now walks down with me to do my card again because maybe I was just doing it wrong. Of the five times we put the card in the machine it works one time and blocks me the other four. The reason for completing this five times is because she did not know the customer service number I needed to call. In closing she tells me she cannot fix this and that I need to go and call the service number. I explained to her that I do not have a phone as I am between countries and she tells me I will have to go find a phone as I may not use theirs. Overall this experience was absolutely horrible and has made me consider closing my bank accounts with RBC. Please drive the extra 5 minutes to a different branch!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with two financial planners at this branch (one for three years, and another after my original planner was transferred within RBC) and have been grateful for both. Both planners go above and beyond to provide assistance and advice. We're moving out of the city but will continue to work with this branch for all of our financial service needs.

We are new to canada and came to open an account. We have treated very well by all the staff especially .Marissa *Branch Manager* greeted us in very polite way and took us to the teller dont remeber her name but she placed us in queue and booked an apt for us plus we did not know about parking and she helped us to book a slot for us right outside the bank. Especially Christian and Chandan who took care of opening an account were very polite and gentle . They provided answer to all of our questions. Amazing customer experience and will surely recommend to others. Kudos to the staff.

I would like to share my experience with this branch, I live around the area and go to this branch often. Ms.Mbaresa, is one of the educated person I have ever seen in my experience. I have dealt with other managers in different RBC locations, never thought I could come across Mbaresa and her staff. Whatever banking advise or banking transactions I had the staff did the best they could to avoid delay in releasing money. I have dealt with managers that are so inconsiderate, everything by book and can not get anything done for you cause they don’t even understand what the hell is going on. Trust me when someone is educated they can give you the best advise and refer you to the right people.

In my opinion, some of the most incompetent staff I have ever came across — with Mbarosa being at the top of that list. There isn’t a single time where I do not have an issue at this RBC, and they are extremely slow. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to our office. I’lll be avoiding it from now on and going elsewhere. If you are doing anything other than the most basic banking (in which case, you’re better off at the ATM machine), I would avoid this location.
