Super slow service. The teller blamed the computer for the speed. I Was the only client on the entire Bank.

If you want to wait and not get a simple deposit to a third party this is the place to go. And I'm not talking about a lot of money. I tried to deposit 26 dls to an English School on July 30th around noon, and the young asian guy had a hard time with the system, probably not a well trained, feel bad for him, so He ask for help to an south asian guy which seems to be his supervisor. The supervisor asked me Why I wanted to deposit to the English School, I said it was a payment (only 26 dls!!!, not money laundering) So He call the English School and since They didnt answer, He asked me to wait (be aware I was already waiting for 30 minutes in the line as just one teller was opened) I asked the supervisor what was the problem and he respond in a rude manner "I can't tell you, you have to wait" So obviously I did not wait and left the bank without depositing 26dls!!!! I will suggest anyone to better look for another branch. My wife was there once also to make a payment for a third party (same kind of amounts) and mentioned to me that spent like 45 minutes, seems that people there works in slow motion....

Excellent customer service in that location. We met with Dushani Ratnajothi. She spent time to explain all banking procedures and answered all our questions. Thanks Dushani.
