I had a lovely experience. Andrea was outstanding! She answered all of my questions and concerns with ease and I left the branch as a satisfied customer. Would definitely go again for any of my banking issues.

I had sat down with Joseph, he answered my close to 30 questions and continuously assured me that I was not holding him up. He was so patient and thorough in answering every single question and allowed me time to write everything down. To confirm one fact, he even called TD Water house to be certain. The best part is, he actually messaged me to follow up when everything went through. There is obviously a reason he is part of the management staff, but worth waiting and booking time with him! There are about 10 TD banks I pass on the way to this branch but for me it is worth the drive, as I have lots of inquiries and a lack of experience in certain facets of my own finances.

Customer service manager does not know anything. Wasted an hr and 15 mins of my time just to figure out how to pay my taxes. (I figured it out myself by calling a few places). She even ignored my issue by saying I'm busy right now while I needed help and was there for more than hr.
