After years of having credit card with RBC, I finally decided to open bank account. The telephone experience for both account and investment were great but in person banking was another matter. The RRSP advisor I met seemed rushed, uninformed and anxious to get me out of her office. She then sent me to wait in line to complete my account setup as, "she had no idea" what happens next. Even the teller seemed surprised she would do this. I have never met a bank representative who would admit to such incompetence. The service is spotty to say the least. If it wasn't for RBC's stellar credit card, I would never have opened an account. Especially at this location.

Great service at this location! Walked into the branch and was immediately greeted by several employees. It is clear that they have high standards for their clients and always put their clients first.

The absolute slowest bank branch I have ever been here. The only reason I come back is because it is my home branch and have to come for specific reasons. Besides that I would never come here. You can't change home branch anymore unfortunately.

Rarely do I go to the teller. Times I have its been a bit of a wait. ATMs there, 3, one which dispenses US currency. Parking is a nightmare and the driver's here are worse. The parking area directly in front is always packed. People parked in the fire route and turn about all the time. Better off parking in the parking structure and walking over. Otherwise be prepared to drive in circles for a spot or get blocked in our door dinged from so many that don't know how to drive.

Rene and his team are awesome to deal with. Sure sometimes they are busy - who isn't? But always I get amazing service no matter who helps me. Been an RBC client for many years and don't like seeing the reviews here b/c I don't think they fairly represent how strong this branch is.
