Read all the bad reviews, still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Went on my lunch to do a money transfer with a promotional rate. The teller told me they can't do it at the branch and I would have to call the service center. The lovely lady at the service center told me that they ABSOLUTELY could of done it at the branch. Seriously? You guys are already being replaced by a computers, you should be grateful for every client that walks up to you. Good Job guys.. Keep it up...

This is a nice location. A bit on the smaller side, like most places downtown, but very nice inside. I liked that while I was waiting in line for a teller, the customer service rep approached everyone in the line to inquire whom he could assist (anyone with non cash transactions). This saved me a lot of time and on top of that he was top notch - polite, friendly. He even invited me to sit in the lounge as he prepared my bank draft and hand-delivered it. Now that's service.

Went in to file my name change, they treated me horribly and in an extremely transphobic and homophobic nature. Failed to finish the update, I had to go to another branch and do the whole thing over again. Never go here.

Very helpful staff, did not take too long to do the few account changes i needed done. Some of the staff were newer and being trained but thats part of life, no need to get angry.

Staff have limitted knowledge and are irresponsible towards their clienta. Impossible to reach the staff through phone.
