Tried calling the branch about a small business matter. Was directed to the main call board and not the branch. Waited 20 minutes on hold before they suggested I go on line. I can't think of anyone who has time for this nonsense. Could very easily be fixed by providing appropriate and direct branch contact info instead of passing the calls through an infuriating AI that will just frustrate customers from even calling back. Shame on you RBC.

Have been banking there for many years. At certain times you can find yourself part of a line, but you do see the supervisor trying to find available clerks & telling next in line to follow her. They do try and "provide service" rather then treating one as an object on assembly line.

The bank teller, Judith, was very dismissive and had an attitude towards me for no reason. It's as if she didn't want to be there, nor wanted me to be there.

I've been going to this branch for the last two years and I am very happy to be a client of RBC. Even is something went wrong, RBC employees are always willing to make it up to me. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I called them up to order foreign currency and ended up at the central call centre. They were unable to reach the branch so they transferred me so that I could leave a voicemail. However, once I got through the mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. There has to be a better system or easier way to contact my branch.
