Unfortunately, there is no "zero stars" for this review. It was good to see in the other reviews that I am not the only one ticked off at this establishment. 5 different versions of what to do when you have an issue. Extremely poor customer "service". Some CSR's are very courteous and professional sounding, then they take no action for you. I would say that instead of making a contest to see how many new accounts each branch can get, they make a contest to see how good their customer service can get. That shouldn't be too hard, since it is terrible at the moment.

Our team in Canada is dedicated exclusively to mid-sized and larger companies. We can help you find the services best suited to your business needs. Wells Fargo does not have offices outside of the U.S. that provide services to retail or small business customers.

this has got to be the worst bank ever....they make it difficult to access your own money... limited branches....and the employees are not on the same page...each person tells you something different...just opened my account there but will be looking to close it for something more reasonable....

The day I enter Canada they cancelled my debit card for fraud even though I made sure my account was set up for traveling to Canada. I now have to use my credit card and take the MASSIVE international fees they charge. So no ATM usage and now I have fees that will not be reimbursed. Thanks for double f@*&^$(ing me Wells Fargo 👍
